Hello!

I'm Roman from Brazil.
I have no expiriences on working with love yet, but I know Klaus' books for quite some time. I loved his books but have results yet.
I'm now trying to develop the gratitude feeling as Klaus says. But I'm on very beggining. Wow, hard thing to do Confused

Any of you have something interesting to share about gratitude/allowing and receiving???
My English is not so good, I hope you understand Very Happy

My friend Alyona Nefedova from Russian city of Krasnoyarsk in Siberia shared this experience:
When you are walking on the street - imagine you are hugging all the people around - one by one.
This gives you very emotional experience of love and gratitude!

Are you talking about Norbekov?
He is famous here in Russia Uzbek Sufi Master. He wrote books on how to completely improve eyesight and the health in general. And yes, his first exersize is forced smiling. Works great, by the way Smile

In general that is an ancient practice of the Tibetan monks . And I've read it in Norbekov's books

Also have a look at Klaus book 3 "Some Things are Worth Believing In -- Money is Love". It's going to give you new things to think about.

Hi Roman! First of all thanks for raising again this important issue!
2. Let me tell you that Love Energy (and working with love) is very natural to feel and use. This means that it's natural for you too.
3. The fact that you can't use it and feel it to your satisfaction means that there is a block or several blocks in you that stop the flow of love in you. These blocks are fears. I write on Creating Abundance page:

Also a thought came to my mind that fears are but simple safe-guarding programs in our mind. Outdated programs. Now I think what Klaus Joehle does when he "creates" his money -- he is installing new programs in his mind -- programs that help him to feel wealthy, act wealthy and choose those life choices that lead to wealth.
I've heard Klaus saying something like this in his mp3 records so I think I was tuning up to his thoughts...

4. Anyway, we can say we know what is the situation -- now the question is: How to achieve what you want -- so that you will be able to easily feel love in your chest and easily work with love?
5. Contrary to what people were thinking before, effective way is NOT "working with those fears" but simply replacing them whith what you want (in our case - joy). I was writing about this in topic What to do if I don't feel love? And here is a gist:
5.1. force yourself laugh for 2 hours a day. This had helped me when I wasn't feeling love. If it's too hard for you hen
5.2. smile as much during the day as possible. All the time that you can. Preferably with a wide smile. if not possible with a light smile.
5.3. above exercizes will make the blocks melt away if you do them each day for one week.
6. Please come here each day and write a report on how you are laughing or smiling. This will give you more awareness to continue on.

I forced some smiles in the beguining of the day and laughed( just a little tiny bit) during the work.

And meditation, is it necessary?

Now I hear some answers! Very good, Roman!
I mean very good:
- that you wrote a report
- that you actually did what I adviced
- that you asked questions.

1) For next 2 weeks your meditation is going to be smiling and laughing. For this talk we will call meditation "conscious directing of your attention". If you consciously direct your attention at smiling -- this is meditation.

2) Laughing is more powerful, but we will start with smiling. Make wide smile and keep it for about 1 minute. Feel the smile. Notice how changes your perception of everything around -- all becomes more colorful and more alive. Also notice how your wide smile changes into little light laugh. Does it happen? If yes -- this is how you can open up your laughing meditation.

3) Your next task is to smile (or laugh if you can) for the whole day. Smile on the street, on work -- everywhere. Do it as much as you can and notice how changes your outlook to the world. Any problem -- when seen with smiling eyes becomes... Not so big. We can laugh at it. (If tired -- make a break and give your face a rest.)

4) Please write a report on how things went with this meditation.

Hi Kostya,

My report:
Yesterday and today I smiled a little bit, not much laugh(if so). But I notice that I am a little bit more excited, because when I try to smile at the same time I remember that I have 3.6 million on bank:). But I have to keep smiling for more time, specially during afternoon...
And I feel shy of smiling the whole time in front other people.

Hope u got what i'm trying to say.

Very good, Roman! You are getting into this meditation.

Mirzakarim Norbekov -- the guy who heas almost everything with smiling says to his students to smile whether anyone is looking or not. I would advice you to be creative in this smiling/laughing meditation. Make up reasons for smiling even in public and smile. In any case you need to smile or laugh for at least 2 hours a day.

What happens when you smile? Physical smile engages emotion of joy, feeling of joy, and it engages joyful thoughts. All three (body, emotions, thoughts) need to be engaged for this to work.

What do we want to achieve? We want to replace old blocks with new friendly joyful helpful programs in your mind. Like a program for enjoying money that you are installing. When you smile or laugh -- you have no choice other than enjoying everything you see and hear.

So, Roman -- it's 2 hours a day now. At work or at home. Be creative.
Thanks for writing back this time. Do the meditation and report again. Can you remember to smile when somethig is making you feel low? What happens?

My report again:

Well these last days I did not smiled too much, not laughs too... Because I was somewhat sad with my girlfriend, but yesterday night I did a good meditation on my 3.6 million...
I'll smile more today and laugh more, I'll report what I will do today, later.
