This is a popular question on Russian forum on working with love, so I decided to post this here.

Feeling love is very natural. So if you can't feel love now (say, if you can't feel love just from placing your attention at the center of your chest) -- or if you are not sure if you are really sending love -- read on.

When your heart center is open and when you are sending love -- you will have no doubts about it because you will sense it with your body.

So if you don't feel love -- it means that there are some blocks (old fears) sitting in your subconscious and blocking the way to love. We are going to release them in very easy and natural way so that you would again be able to easily feel love.

It's an easy thing and everybody can do it, but you will need some will. All you need to do is laughing up to 2 hours a day for 3 to 7 days. This brings your mind into a happy state and melts the blocks. Also try laughing when in trouble -- see how well your mind will work!

If laughing is too hard -- smile whenever you remember about it. Same result, although laughing is supposed to work faster.

So make yourself laugh, smile and witness how your ability to feel love returns. Please post your feedback to our forum.

Other ways to feel love:
1. Imagine that you are hugging every person you see on the street. Watch your feelings. (suggested by Alyona)
2. Pet a puppy, a kitten or a dog or a cat -- or another mammal pet. Watch your feelings.
3. Hug your family members or friends. Feel -- how it feels.

Especially the first tip (to hug everyone) is excellent.
