The best way to heal the past is to feel the pain and to send love to it. To love the pain so to say...Do you agree with that?

Hello Shalala,
This is exactly what I'm doing feeling the pain and letting go of it. Forgiveness is a good way to detach from the pain labelled 'resentment'. Iit is easy to say but I think that a lot of people are attached to their pains, they have made the pain a part of themselves and I'm not sure, ...who want to lose part of his/her self ? It is like losing a leg, it is even more difficult if the person doesnt know something better than his current situation. It why if you are a big Love emitter, those people may cross your path and foresee through you something better. I know at least 3 people who improved their life condition after they briefly meet with me, usually, I will meet those people months or years later, they will happily tell me of your brief meeting and reveal that it trigger something into to them for the better. But in most case I will speculate that we will never know about those changes because for the most part we don't know the majority of the people we affect. So my conclusion is by having a happy life we radiate the Love and people are inspired to make some changes in their life for the better. At least, it is what I observe in my own life. |

Often I feel the love (I imagine that everyone loves me and want to hug me) but the last few days I often feel some kind of fear for people, fear that they don't like me, or don't respect me etc...What's the best way of handling these feelings? Just feel them and love them? On the otherside you might focus yourself on the negative this way, while Joehle says that you have to focus directly on the positive.. |

Yes I have a similar problem since a few days too.
A lot of authors stress the importance to send the right amount of love. Because, they say there is a limit to the amount of love a given person can receive. Say that we are like generator, may be, you can produce 1000 then that is what you will send to people, but depending on people they might send you back something like 50, the difference cause to feel down and depreciate, I noticed this with my cousin a few days ago also today by reflex I sent love to two people in the street and I felt a bit down. I think I excepted too much in return. When it occur you will observe that those feelings are in the solar plexus but if you put your attention on your heart center, it is at peace and doesnt battle from there when you are in touch with the feeling of your heart center, you can find more positive feelings. This is what I did today , it worked, I will see how the things go in the coming days with this. I believe that in final it comes down to increase the self-love . I will end by a quote from the book Living with Joy by Sanaya Roman "It is not enough just to give and radiate love; loving the self comes from receiving love also. If you are giving love to everyone, but they cannot receive it, then it has no place to go. " |
