Sometimes when I want to send love from my heart, I feel some pressure and pain in my heart. Just like some old pains that needs to be released.

Do other people have experiences with this? How can this pain best be released? by just continuing to send love?

I also felt pain. Sometimes I felt pain when I thought about the world like "it's so beautiful but so cruel place" but now I know that everything depends on people. If they feel some good emotions do good deeds there will be more positive energy in the world and we can change the world. Anyway the pain in the heart is always gone after some time. I imagine the love erases the pain:) so everything is possible

I too feel pain in the heart when I think of things that do not line up with my energy such as sorrow, lose and the burdens of this world. I release this pain when I choose to relax and let the thoughts flow through my body without trying to stop or ease them, then I fill my thoughts and body with love and think of only the things that bring me joy even it is a simple thing such as the ring I wear on my finger,or a humorus remark I might of heard. At first I would think those little things were not strong enough to hold the joy but soon realized that they are just as strong as the largest things in life that bring us joy. It was not easy at first and had to be done often but as I remembered and held on to these thougths it got easier to find the joy and to hold onto and send love.

Hi, somebody asked same question in Russian language forum on working with love and many said that initially they also felt some pain.

This pain went away as they continued to send love.

I've just transcribed chapter 26 of "Some Things are Worth Believing In -- Money is Love" book. Klaus tells there that when he was pushing working with love (when he just discovered it) -- he was also feeling chest pains:

Quote:
It’s like there is more electricity flowing through me. It’s vibrating sometimes, it’s causing some little bit of scatter-brain what I call, yah – now that I had before, now that I think about it. I had that when I first started sending love and of course I was really pushing it at that time and I’m kinda pushing it now too with this. But I’ve handled all kinds of effects – because I was pushing so hard with sending love. That’s why I told people “Just take it easy, you know, work into it slowly, don’t drive yourself crazy”, because you could actually make yourself sick, if you push it too hard.

OK, chest pains -- you will feel like you have chest cold from it opening in your chest. You know, opening the heart center so fast! So – I mean there’s days I could hardly breath anymore form the pain in my chest. And it feels like you have bronchitis or something. You know, when you are going in and you getting checked in and it’s like nothing shows up. So… But that’s what it feels like. And you can get all kinds of side effects, like I said feeling scattered and out of place. But I think, that’s normal with what would be happening with your body if you are going through that.

<...>

So maybe creating, I’m doing right now, the way, I’m doing it -- is having that kind of effect on my body. And that’s sort of makes sense, see? So, it’s a good thing that I’m doing all this recording. Because maybe someone else is going through the same thing and they don’t know if it’s normal or not normal – because how do we know? I mean, no one really tells us. [About] all you gonna go through with this stuff.

I've been sending love on & off for the past year. I did remember at one time my chest area was very warm, the love "breathes" through easily. Those were the happy days, I smile easily & was filled with joy everyday.

Due to some other problems, I stopped sending love for a few months. Now, I'm trying to continue the practice & I felt pain at the chest. I wasn't feeling too happy also for the past week.

The chest pain lasts through all day. It's been 2 days now & the pain has stopped. I guess the heart opens or closes at times, probably depending on our own emotions & thoughts. It would be best to continue sending love, and do it with a smile, always. Smile

Oooo I hadn't read this thread before, but I have also felt a sensation in the chest with this, and also, especially in my third eye! It vibrates like a son of a gun! ha it does when I channel too. I love the meditation he gives us of opening up the energy centers, and I swear I can feel them too.. not really a discomfort, but a definite vibration or something... Smile

Oh, yes, I've heard that third eye center between the brows is responsible for intuition.
If you do the channeling -- it is supposed to be active.
