I'm announcing a ... (how do I call it?) maybe an event -- let's create some nice home-made videos about Love and Klaus Joehle books to share our message of Love with the world!

On November 14, 2006 we are going to send some Klaus Joehle books signed by the author to the authors of the videos we liked.

How to record the video?
Use your digital video-camera, or simply use your digital camera that has an option to record video.

How to make the movie from recorded video?
If your video is in .mov file format -- you will probably need a Mac computer. Or you can use QuickTimePro program on Windows computer.
For other formats -- use "Windows Movie Maker" program that comes with Windows XP.
If you use any music that belongs to other people -- at least give them credit in your movie.

How to share your video with us and the world?
Join youtube.com
join our group there.
upload your video to youtube
Add it to our group.
Tell us here about your video, give us a link to it.

Also would be nice if you share with us your video-making tips and maybe nice links you've found.

Any tips about file compression ? it seems that video editing software create huge files, I just downloaded a trial for Ulead VideoStudio, it is many years I havent play with such program for like 6 years.

Me and my spanish friend are going to make a video as you suggested, it sound like an excellent idea. I will keep you informed.

Torque, yes, if you record with a digital video camera -- it means huge files (GigaBites of data).
I'm going to use a digital camera that also records video, so the files are going to be measured in MegaBites, like 2 MB, 10 MB.

I expect the 3-minute clip with sound to be about 10-30 MB.
You upload it to youtube.com and they show it in a flash format that is more compact - so a viewer downloads about 3 MB of data for 3-min movie.

I'm considering filming myself telling a story or some stories from my life, or about myself and why I think "working with love" is important...

Well, I was too busy with translating and haven't made time yet for making video. Maybe one of these days!

Yes that is true and my main goal this year is to get a North American publsiher with ALOT OF HELP from my friend Jenya, Vofka, Kostia and hopefully some of you. I want your help we are redesigning our Livingonlove webpage and getting it proffessionaly done, my work on it has been fine up until now and now its time to change.

What I want from you are your stories of inspiration and experinces, don't need to be long in fact they can be testimonials. Also I would like some reviews of the book or books.... As it so happens completion date for the page is around Valentines as well.

Casshern didn't want his face on youtube, and I suggested 2 alternative ways to do it: posting it with restrictions to who sees it, and filming what you are sending love to instead of yourself.

I've edited video with Microsoft Movie Maker that comes with Windows XP. It crashes sometimes...
