Well, I've got my ticket for Newport. Only decision to make is whether or not I'll actually be able to go! My baby will be roughly 5-6 weeks old at that time and I have no idea whether I'll feel able to trek across to Wales to go to a gig or not...oh well.....I guess I'll see how I feel nearer the time.

Thanks....I'm getting to the excited, just want to meet the baby stage. We've decided not to find out if it's a boy or girl, so we're still guessing!

It is potentially doable to get to Newport. It's only about 45 minutes from Bristol so I reckon I could get the evening feed in, leave my partner to do the late night one and then I'd be back probably by midnight....as long as the baby fits into the noce routine I've planned out in my mind!! I figure that worst comes to the worst, I miss the support act and don't get right to the front.

Still deperately keeping my fingers crossed for a last minute announcement of a Bristol gig though! Given that the Academy is just across the road from my flat that would make my life a whole lot easier!!

Bambi, you seem to be a woman in the know....can't you have a word with the powers-that-be to set up just one more UK gig?!! (greedy, I know when they've already announced 10!)

I don't know of any hotels, but I'd have thought your best bet would be some form of travel lodge or holiday inn....there must be some of those around.

Hopefully see you there...although given my baby is still yet to put in an appearance, I've no idea whether I'll make it across the water!

Any ideas guy's and gal's to get hold of tickets .Also whats the score with the seating plan ,is it a case of first in first to the front

Skinny, livenation are selling them as are ticketmaster I think. Newport is just general admission so you stand wherever you can depending on when you arrive.

If you get completely stuck I may have one ticket to get rid of....am having massive second thoughts about a night away from my as yet unborn baby before it's going to be 6 weeks old. Let me know

Just ordered tickets for me and my wife.
The last time I saw them was in Newport in '95.
Far too long ago.

They has just done an interview and photoshoot at a sex shop that afternoon.

Many thanks for your enquiries...haven't been online for a while!

Just to let you know that Amelie Elizabeth finally made an appearance on 17th October. We're sleep-deprived and I'm neurotic and over-protective already, but she's absolutely gorgeous and we're gradually getting to know each other and finding our stride. No idea if I'll trek across to Newport yet. At the moment doing something as "normal" as going to a gig seems completely alien to me, but there's still a couple of weeks to go, so I'll see how I feel nearer the time.

Hope everyone here's doing well and everyone in the UK is looking forward to the boys finally making their way over here.
